In 1988 Simon was an Area Director for GA Property Services. After he built Lords Estate Agents which grew to four offices.

Simon was also a partner at Knight Frank and promoted their brand globally. Other attributes include advising and appearing on Location, Location, Location, Simon is a guest lecturer at Kingston University and has been on radio. He is a strong advocate for independent agency and can assess strengths and weaknesses within, advising how management and staff can move forward often finding that USP.
