INEA (The Independent Network of Estate Agents) has just installed a large screen in County Square Shopping Centre Ashford and is inviting local businesses to advertise their products and services in a prominent location near Debenhams, NEXT, River Island, New Look and Jane Norman.
 
The centre sees around 95,000 visitors each week. The screen features property listings and is already receiving many viewers.
 
Advertising Costs on screen are:
 
JUST £10 per week
 
6 months at 10% discount
12 months at 20% discount
 
 
Artwork:
 
If you supply your own artwork there is no additional costs. If we create artwork the cost is £25
 
So, 12 months at £10 – 20% = £416 divided by 52 weeks = £8 (+VAT)
 
Website: INEA runs a busy UK property portal which has around 30,000 page hits per month. For an additional 20% charge of your advertising budget on screen we will include a rotational advert on our homepage at www.INEA.co.uk
