 Peter has been director and head of marketing and driving influence of several electronics companies. His involvement in retail and past property projects led to a natural progression as head of INEA's National Sales & Marketing.

During the 1980’s Peter started an Electronic Component Specialist Memory and Distribution Company, which within a short period of time grew into three companies based in Kent, Berkshire and West Yorkshire.

It was during this period of time he started to take an interest in property investment. This led Peter to become further involved in properties needing renovation.

As well as Peter's other business interests he has been involved in over a dozen property projects; giving him a good understanding as an investor, speculator and landlord.
