Karen founded easier2move together with solicitors Colin Baum and Robin Marcus in August 2000 with the aim to be the provider of recommendation for conveyancing. The business recently diversified into producing home information packs. In 2006 Karen won the inaugural British Mortgage Awards for Business Leader – Conveyancing category.

Karen has a marketing diploma and began her career working in the Marketing Department of Birmingham Midshires.

Birmingham Midshires developed the first fee free remortgage product and with the realization that conveyancing volumes could not be managed in house appointed Legal marketing services as their panel provider. Karen later joined LMS as their first account manager.

In August 2000 Karen founded easier2move together with solicitors Colin Baum and Robin Marcus after recognizing that consumers may want to organize conveyancing services online but with the comfort of having a high street solicitor carrying out the work.

easier2move now has over 4000 corporate introducers in the form of property portals, lenders, estate agents, mortgage networks, packagers and brokers. In 2006 Karen won the inaugural British Mortgage Awards for Business Leader – Conveyancing category.

Following the introduction of hips on 1st August, easier2move now provides a complete home information pack service for independent agents with a range of payment options.
