As a member of The Independent Network of Estate Agents you will have full access to INEA facilities and system processes in order to list your properties and applicants.We will publish your listings to the INEA portal, plus we upload to many other portals. You will have the ability to output feeds to a number of other sites. You will get your own members profile of several pages and the software also allows you to create your own branded templates for wall and window cards plus property particulars and to upload them to INEA on a sole or group shared basis. You can also access other members group shared listings through INEA and download them onto your templates. The system then applies auto tracking to notify all parties as to record changes.

To join INEA there is a one off first time account set up fee of £25.00. This figure may be reduced from time to time by entering a discount special offer code below:

INEA eMag planner/builder

eMag eMag Our software application that allows agent members to generate their own pdfs for building your own property magazine for in-house print, for sending to a commercial printers and generating an instant digital flip eMag. Page layouts can be selected that the agent can drag and drop their own and other INEA group shared properties in. The application wizard also allows the agents to drop in their own page layouts. The finished publication pulls in your colour branding as per INEA member settings and all the properties shown appear as if your own.

RemoteAgent is the next evolutionary stage in estate agency. The missing link that replicates the traditional estate agents window, but allows you to place your window anywhere. The RemoteAgent podium is unique to INEA and is driven by this bolt on software application. The application allows INEA member agents to update their RemoteAgent displays from their INEA members account, be it from home or in the office. The software can run in multiple remote locations.
