This service extends beyond Oxford City & includes the market towns in the south & west of the county.

To find a Tenant & reference them we charge a ridiculous one off fee of £125.00.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is £125.00 per property.

A 'High Street' Agent for a similar service probably charges half of one months rent.??????????
