Once you've made up your mind about buying a property in Cyprus, then it's time to book an Inspection trip.

 

What is an inspection trip?

An Inspection visit gives you the opportunity to see the properties first hand as well as getting to know the areas. Aside from our extensive database of thousands of ready built properties, we also deal with nearly all the major developers in Cyprus (over 95%), offering you the widest variety of properties available to you within your price range.

Before arriving in Cyprus, your Viewing Coordinator will clarify your requirements. INEA’s advanced Property Matching System can instantly produce a number of properties that match closest to a client’s requirements from a database of over 20,000 properties currently available for sale.

Thus, prior to your arrival, your personal Trip Executive will forward your enquiry to owners or property developers with regards to your selection of properties that meet your individual criteria and plan a tailor made itinerary for your visit. Along the way we’ll have the opportunity to visit points of interest including beaches and golf courses etc as well as the amenities.

 

 Inspection Trip Cost

 

The cost of the inspection trip is payable in full by the client and it will cover the following:

 

1. Round trip flights to Cyprus.

2. Accommodation for 3 nights in Cyprus

3. Transfers from and to the airport in Cyprus

4. The Inspection Trip Fee

 

All inspection trip applications will be carefully examined and undergo qualification.  If approved, INEA will arrange and make all relevant bookings on behalf of the client. The client will need to pay for the cost in advance of booking.

A full refund of the cost paid by the client, minus the Inspection Trip Fee, is applicable, if client purchases a property during the inspection trip, according to the Terms and Conditions on this page. 

 

 Inspection Trip Fee

 

Inspection trips are offered from €89 for per person depending on both season and availability. We’ll arrange your flights, accommodation and private transfers to and from the airport in Cyprus.

The Inspection Trip Fee will cover for the following:

 

1. Arrangement  and booking of flights

2. Arrangement and booking of accommodation

3. Arrangement and booking of airport transfers in Cyprus

4. Property viewing coordination

5. Legal, tax and financial consultations

6. Visits to point of interests

 

The inspection trip fee must be paid along with the cost for the trip before booking are confirmed.

 

Inspection Trip Refund

 

A full refund of the cost paid by the client, minus the Inspection Trip Fee, is applicable, if a client purchases a property during the inspection trip, according to the Terms and Conditions on this page.

 

Proposed Schedule

Day 1 / Arrival Day

Arrive in Cyprus and if time permits, meet with your Trip Coordinator.

Day 2

Meet with property developers and owners. Visit locations, view properties.

Day 3

Redefine your requirements. Meet with property developers and owners, view properties. Arrange legal and financial details.

Day 4 / Departure Day

Complete the transaction for your chosen property and then let the Champagne flow!

Important note:

The above itinerary is only an example and time schedules can vary according to your requirements and familiarity with the Cyprus property market etc. Inspection trips have been developed to suit the individual requirements and ensure that any person with intention to invest in a property will get the opportunity to do so in the time allocated.

Legal and Financial

All of the financial aspects of buying a property will be fully explained to you including annual costs, legal formalities and letting potential. Upon request we may help you open a bank account should you wish to do so.

We do advise that you take legal advice before you purchase a property in Cyprus and upon request can recommend a selection of reputable lawyers who speak fluent English.

Bookings and Reservations

3.       If approved, your Trip Executive will contact you to discuss your tour

4.       We will provide you with bookings details

5.       Arrive in Cyprus, transferred to hotel

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions prior to booking an inspection trip. By booking an inspection trip you agree to comply with the following

 

1. A maximum of two adult passengers are allowed per inspection trip.

2. Inspection trips are booked for a maximum of four nights/five days.

3. All inspection trip applications will be subject to qualification according to relative financial requirements and other criteria.

4. The total Inspection Trip Cost is payable by the inspection trip applicant (client). The cost is for a) round trip flights to Cyprus, b) accommodation in Cyprus, c) airport transfers in Cyprus and d) the Inspection Trip Fee

5. The Inspection Trip Fee is €89.

6. The Inspection Trip Cost, including the Inspection Trip Fee must be paid at least 5 working days prior to departure and before bookings are confirmed, via credit card.

7. The Inspection Trip Cost is non – refundable under any circumstances, except for the reason described in point 10 below.

8. Once the flight tickets have been booked, changes of any kind to dates or names are prohibited. Any changes made to issued tickets will result in the immediate cancellation of the inspection trip and the full Inspection Trip Cost will be retained by BuySell Real Estate and it will not be refunded.

9. If any of the participants/passengers in an inspection trip choose to cancel their inspection trip, for whatever reason, after the Inspection Trip Cost has been paid, BuySell will not refund the cost.

10.   A refund for the Inspection Trip Cost, minus the Inspection Trip Fee, is applicable if one of the Inspection Trip participants purchases a property within 30 days from the last day of the inspection trip. The refund is applicable only if the property purchased exceeds the cost of 150000 Euro. The refund is payable only after a 30% payment, on the purchase price, has been made and cleared by the buyer (inspection trip participant) to the seller. The refund will be deposited back to the credit card that was used to pay for the Inspection Trip Cost.

11.   Clients will be booked in hotels associated with INEA’s associates only and will be allocated subject to availability.

12.   All accommodation is booked on a bed and breakfast basis.

13.   Clients are booked into one double or one twin room; requests for 2 single rooms may incur an additional cost.

14.   The client must allow enough time for check in and pay attention to local airport directives. INEA’s associates shall have no liability in the event of failure by the client to check in on time.

15.   INEA’s associates is not liable for any flight/destination or time changes made directly by the airlines.  It is the responsibility of the client to confirm flight details and times with the airline.

16.   Clients are themselves responsible for compliance with the respective immigration, passport and visa regulations.

17.   If a passenger does not manage to attend an inspection trip due to own negligence, fault or responsibility, then Inspection Trip Cost will be retained by BuySell and will not be refunded to the client.
