• Build warranties like NHBC will give you piece of mind in your new venture

• Brand new unlived in houses have not been altered by previous owners and should be fully compliant to planning and building regulations
• Some developers may provide a cash back or a percentage towards to deposit

• Due to the fact that the home is new, it should be low maintenance and hopefully hassle free for the first 5 years unlike many older properties that may require work, or will need upgrades or repairs soon
