Goldman & Co Ltd. is currently recruiting SELF-EMPLOYED 'ESTATE AGENTS' and 'LETTING AGENTS'.
Goldman & Co are offering an exciting opportunity for you to create a business under our umbrella and during hours to suit you, working from home or your office.
The ESTATE AGENT and the LETTING AGENT is required to:
Generating new business and ensuring repeat business in your local area
Leafleting, Cold Calling and Canvassing to generate new business
Generate new business for Goldman & Co Rent Guarantee Scheme
Arrange and attend market appraisals
Arrange and attend viewings
Negotiate and finalise Sales & Lettings
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and homeowners
Registering potential tenants and buyers
Liaising with landlords/homeowners and tenants/buyers
A full UK driving Licence and your own transport
PC with broadband connection
Positive attitude
Professional image
Exceeding customer expectations and offer first class customer service at all times
Self-Employed Agent Package:
Salary: Commission Only OTE £60,000
No setup fee (No administration or franchise fees)
Self-Employed working from home or your office
60% Commission on Sales, Lettings, Management, Renewals, Mortgages, Insurance and Conveyancing
60% Commission on leads generated by Goldman & Co
Up to 5 sub agents – (50% commission to your sub agent and 10% commission to you)
Goldman & Co. will take care of the Marketing, Administration and Enquiries, leaving you to generate new business and ensure repeat business in your local area
5% finder’s fee for Goldman & Co Rent Guarantee Scheme
