Sales Negotiator (St. Johns Wood)
15,000 basic; Excellent OTE plus Car allowance

An experienced and dynamic Sales Negotiator is required by a well-established independent property company in St. Johns Wood, North West London.

This position requires an individual who is capable of competently conducting the entire sales process from canvassing for new business and valuations to progressing negotiations to legal completion.

Having built an impeccable reputation in the local area, the company expects all employees to handle all transactions in an honest, professional and capable manner. The ideal candidate for this position must therefore be an accomplished negotiator as well as competent client relationship manager.

The following requirements are essential in order to be considered for this role:

-Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
-Proven business development skills
-Local market knowledge and a network of contacts is desirable
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong negotiation skills
