The Client

The company is an extremely well-regarded property company with an excellent reputation. From their impressive offices in Belgravia, the company has successfully built a private portfolio of high-profile residential properties in prime Central London (PCL) over the last 50 years.

As part of their plans to further increase their presence in the local residential sales market, the company is seeking to strengthen their sales team. They want a motivated & experienced sales negotiator to join them as soon as possible.

The Role

A highly ambitious and target-driven Sales Negotiator is required to oversee the sale of prestigious properties in prime Central London.

As expected of such a role, daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:

-Proactively building relationships with potential clients and identifying new opportunities.
-Carrying out professional and well-informed valuations and following up in a timely fashion.
-Researching properties to identify unique selling points in order to highlight these in sales particulars and during viewings.
-Registering potential buyers and coordinating viewings in a professional and informed manner.
-Overseeing the smooth progression of sales from agreement to legal completion.
-Establishing excellent relationships with mutually beneficial parties and vendors.
-Driving the branch forward and winning business.
-Local knowledge and a network of contacts would be advantageous

The Candidate

As this position involves a significant element of negotiating, the ideal candidate must be proven deal closer with a natural ability to make things happen. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate:
