We follow every building regulation and we always have on hand our civil engineer who ensures EVERY step of the build is legal and the developer is following the architectural designs. It is the law in Corfu for a civil engineer to be on site when the laying of the steel and concrete foundations are happening, right up until all windows and doors are in. This is often a mis-conception for people buying abroad but we ensure you this must been done in order to have a legal building!

While the house is under construction, we keep our clients informed of the progression and send weekly photos via email. When building in line with professional standards, we feel there is never anything to hide and are very confident at what we do as we are an honest company.
