We are the new home of the Independent Agent. The Independent Network of Estate Agents plans to grow across the UK and link with other Property Networks to bring Clients the high level of service usually only found with truly independent Estate Agents.

The ethos behind INEA is that for years agents have worked together behind the scenes on behalf of Clients. Now with INEA's forward thinking, research and software members can access other members’ properties. In addition, the experience of both our Agents and specialist Associates seeks to cover all sectors of the property market.

INEA has also been very selective in sourcing associated professional services of the highest standard at national level. So when buying, selling, or needing other property related services, INEA can help you. Larger agents often have standard practices they may not be able to tailor your needs. The advantage with INEA is that when you speak to members you are talking to the firm’s boss or a decision maker.
