All members of staff regularly attend training courses, enabling us to keep up to date with any new legislation and requirements concerning the letting and sales business.

The company was first set up by Robert Tancred (MNAEA) in 1996, focusing purely on property lettings and management. Robert was previously employed as a Lettings Manager in another successful Independent Letting company in the Wandsworth area.

Capital have seen steady growth year on year, which resulted in a move to much larger premises in December 2002. In 2004 Capital won silver for 'Estate Agent of The Year' and then gold in 2005. This achievement was followed by winning 'Letting Agent of the Year' in 2006 and in April 2006 Robert opened another office in Sidcup.
