Buying Process
  • Registration: Register your interest and you’ll be kept informed with latest property information and overseas market news – without any obligation
  • Choose a property: Select your property from our existing portfolio or from the list we have sourced out for you as per your specific requirements.
  • Cost explained: In addition to the final negotiated price of your selected property, we will give you complete information on other associated cost, taxes and miscellaneous expenses so that you may make a well informed decision.

  • Mortgage facility: If you require a mortgage, AIP will arrange your application and pre- qualify your finances. This process too is without any obligation, giving you the satisfaction of having funds in place before you commit yourself in any way.

  • Fact Finding Trip: Upon your selection of a property and deciding to proceed towards it’s purchase, if you so wish a highly subsidized familiarisation trip for two can be arranged. At this stage also you are under no obligation. This gives you the opportunity to visit the destination of your choice and get a first hand experience of your chosen location. If you finally decide to purchase, the subsidized fee will go towards the final payment of your property price.

  • Reservation: Having made a final decision of purchasing your property, you will be requested to put down a “holding deposit” which would effectively secure your selection and not be offered to anyone else.

  • Cooling Off Period: Having put down a reservation fee you will have 7 days reconsideration period in the event you wish to change your mind or change the property. You will receive a full refund less a nominal administration fee.

  • Legal: Having made your final decision and the first payment, our trusted team of solicitors will take over from here and complete all legalities on your behalf. All documents will be presented to you in English to facilitate your understanding of the paper work

  • Completion: On completion of the property (if it is off-plan) and your final payment, property and its title with other relevant documentation will be handed over to you. You will also be provided with a life time membership to our “Purchaser’s Club” The membership of the club is free to our clients and have many benefits. Further details of your membership will be provided at the appropriate stage.
