At Houseman Properties we take our reputation very seriously so we are a member of The Lettings Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme. This scheme provides an independent service that manages any disputes between agencies and consumers; so you can be assured that Houseman Properties always follows the correct procedures and deals with matters in a professional manner. We are also bound by the code of conduct of the National Approved Lettings Scheme, the UK's largest professional letting scheme.
