Guy Sherratt started the business in 1994 specialising in the marketing of equestrian properties throughout the south and west of England and also in South Wales.

Being based in the centre of the West Country gives us the opportunity to gain access to the whole of the region and we aim to provide you with a professional and personal service with the added advantage that at least one member of staff in the office will have seen our UK properties personally.

Our own equestrian knowledge comes with years of dealing with these types of property and with horses.

Guy Sherratt himself is a Chartered Surveyor and was brought up in South Devon and, after working as a land agent on a number of estates for about 18 years, he moved to Newmarket where he was involved in the marketing and letting of studs and training yards before moving back down to Devon in 1994.
