Golden Eagle International was created as an independent estate agents in 1985 by Radi Siha (FNAEA). From his offices in Crawford Street London Radi along with a small team dealt with sales and lettings of residential flats and houses to mainly overseas investors looking to secure assets in London. Radi sourced properties to purchase for his clients and then let and manage the investments on their behalf.

The team work closely with banks, property dealers, receivers and auction houses to pick up some of London’s finest properties at very competitive yields.

All three departments work very closely together and often overlap introducing a new landlord to the lettings team, or acquiring a sales property on behalf of an investor.
